1. EQUAL in your Neighbour-hoof - Learn how partnering with horses can empower beneficiaries with the team at EQUAL along with Ginger & Friday.

Join EQUAL for a fun and enriching morning at Jurong Play Grounds!

EQUAL will be bringing down their equine partners — Friday and Ginger — to showcase the unique work that they do! Get a chance to experience how animal-assisted services can help build and strengthen family bonds through simple but impactful activities such as grooming and leading horses. Each activity will be 20 minutes and will be limited to 4 pax per group (one activity per group).

2. Learn and understand your fur-kids with Animal Communicator Nicole from Paws & Crystals.

Lazo Art Studio is hosting two exciting workshops at their booth - a Jesmonite coaster workshop and a personalise a Chibi silk print workshop.

In the Jesmonite coaster workshop, participants will learn how to mix, pour, and cast their own set of coasters using Jesmonite, a versatile and durable material that can be used to create a range of decorative items. Participants will be able to choose from a selection of colors to create their own unique set of coasters.

In the Personalize Chibi silk print on tote bag workshop, participants will have the opportunity to get their own Chibi-style character and have it printed onto a tote bag, and participants will be able to bring their own Chibi character to life! If you are uncomfortable with designing your own Chibi character, the team at Lazo will design your chibi character for you! What you have to do is only enjoy the printing process!

Both workshops promises to be fun and engaging, offering participants the chance to learn new skills and create something unique and personalised! Galaxy Art Workshop by CARTWHEELS

Learn to create a mixed media Galaxy Artwork using materials like cloth, liquid watercolours,

glitter and sequins!

This is a sensory-based process art activity for children to develop curiosity and wonder about the world around us. Children will get to:

- Enjoy a storytelling session about stars

- Play with liquid watercolours to explore colour mixing

- Practice their fine motor skills

Workshop Details:

● Workshop Duration: 45 minutes

● Age Group: Suitable for children aged 4 to 12.

● Materials: All materials are provided. Participants are encouraged to be dressed in

clothes that they do not mind staining.

Recycled plastic waste coasters & tote bag workshop by Semula. Plastic is a material that does not simply go away. When not managed properly,

plastic waste can cause pollution that harms humans, animals and plants. Once

it enters our soil, rivers and oceans, it can enter our food chain.

During the workshop, participants will learn how to recycle plastic waste the

right way and get to make memorabilia from their own plastic waste. They will

also learn about the plastic eco-system, the different types of plastics, how to

read the resin identification codes (RIC) as well as what constitute recyclables

and what are not.
